Hours: We understand how hard it is to afford health care these days. For this reason, we strive to cater especially to the needs of our patients with no insurance. Part of our mission is to reduce the cost of your office visit to an amount more within the reach of the average family or individual. Initially, we will be offering a basic office visit for about $35, although this amount may vary depending on the type of services rendered. Eventually, we hope to obtain additional funding so we can reduce the cost of our office visits even more for those who are in need. Statement of Purpose: Hope Family Health Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community by providing high-quality, affordable health care which is patient-based and compassionate. We offer primary health care for all age groups. This includes annual physicals, sick visits, well-child exams, gyn care and urgent care. We will be accepting Medicare, TennCare and most private insurances. Our mission is to bring hope to the future through healing, both physical and spiritual. Dr. Blen Sampson serves as our medical director, generously volunteering his time to advise on clinical matters and review charts for the nurse practitioner and physician assistant. |
